Now You Can Have Your Baby - Smooth Skin

Our skin is dry, oily and sometimes both! We have pigmentation, blackheads, white-heads and the ever dreaded pimples polluting our skin. But these skincare products which we use contain harmful chemical substances named as 'All Natural' products. And the make-up and concealers increased our problem than than decreasing them.

So don't run to the nearest pharmacy, run down to your local supermarket and get yourself a few ripe mangoes instead. mangoes are a great source of Vitamin A and C, Potassium and Beta-Carotene. Mangoes can be used in scrubs, masks and hair moisturizers.

Here are some home-made Mango remedies for your skin!
  • Peel and boil Mango in a pan with some water and wait till the mango turns into a pure, and put aside to cool. Your Anti Acne Mango Mask is ready. Apply all over face, leave it overnight and rinse.
  • Mash 1 mango with a fork. Stir in 1 teaspoon honey and then add 1 teaspoon almond meal. Now mash again, till everything is well combined and has turned into a paste. Cleanse your face, pat dry. Apply and spread Sweet Mango Scrub all over face and gently massage for 5-10 minutes, avoiding the eye area. Then remove with a warm wash cloth.
  •  Blend the 2 tbsp oatmeal with 2 tbsp almonds in a food processor until it turns into a fine powder. This will be the base for your mask. Peel 2 mangoes, cut it in half and remove seed. Use only one half of the mango for this mask. Cut it into 4 chunks and add to the other ingredients in the food processor. Blend for 1 minute. Then add 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream, blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. To start using your Moisturizing Mango Mask, apply mixture all over skin, let dry for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water. Pat dry.

Notice: Keep the remaining of the mixture in an air tight container. Do not use the remaining mixture after more than 3 days. Keep refrigerated
